Our approach is to share and demonstrate best practice. A team of our practitioners will visit you, work with and support you to integrate continuous improvement in your organisation. We tailor the service using a 4-R methodas detailed below:
- Research and prepare. Our mission is to integrate seamlessly with your organisation by researching and familiarising ourselves with your specified needs.
- Review. We will review your organisation using a wide range of measures like staff interviews, tenant focus groups and one of our areas of expertise; Mystery shopping.
- Report. When we have reviewed your organisation, we will compile a report and discuss our findings with you
- Recommend. Using our experience we will impart our knowledge to you and help you develop an improvement plan that is SMART.
