How we do it

KNH is recognised as a national leader in tenant participation – having recently been re-awarded the "quality mark2 by Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS).

The quality mark shows KNH's commitment to resident engagement and meets the high standards set by TPAS, the leading national tenant participation organisation, which promotes tenant empowerment.” The re-awarding means that KNH has again proved its commitment to resident engagement.

We have a successful history of involving tenants in decision-making. This is reinforced by a strong and united tenants’ movement - Kirklees Federation of Tenants and Residents Association (KFTRA). We are committed to continually looking for new and innovative ways to engage with tenants and generally hard to reach groups.
