Extended repairs reporting service

You can now report repairs to our call centre on weekends and at bank holidays, as well as during the week.
Following a very successful pilot earlier this year, we've extending the opening hours of our repairs reporting centre.

The extended hours are:
• Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm
• Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays: 8am to 4pm

Outside of these hours, you can report emergency repairs on 01484 414850.
