KNH aims to make sure that all our customers have equal access to our services.
With this in mind, we can provide a range of interpretation and translation services for people whose first
language is not English.
- Translated leaflets - a number of our core leaflets have been translated in several
community languages.
- Telephone interpretation - All our staff can access a telephone translation service in
over 150 languages.
- Face-to-face interpretation - For longer interviews, it is usually best to have an
interpreter present. When it is appropriate we will arrange for a face-to-face interpreter to be present
(subject to availability).
- Other formats - we are looking at other ways of providing information in other formats,
for example audio transcripts that can be downloaded from the website.
