On 24 June, KNH reception services will move from our New Street office to the council’s new customer service centre at Civic Centre 3.

As well as being closer to the bus station and parking, the new centre brings together many services all in one place, making it more convenient for customers – you will no longer have to travel between offices to deal with housing and other matters.
As well as KNH, other services based in the centre include the council’s Housing Solutions Service, Benefits Service and Gateway to Care.
You will be able to report repairs, access Choose ‘n’ Move information, and talk to KNH staff about any housing issues you may have.
You will either be able to make an appointment in advance or call in and wait to see an available member of staff. There will also be courtesy phones if you need to call other council services while you are there.
The new centre will have mobility scooters, disabled parking bays, seating and rest room facilities.
